Cisco Systems Inc. hired San Francisco’s Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison L.L.P. to handle its $6.1 billion proposed purchase of Acton, Mass.-based ArrowPoint Communications Inc. ArrowPoint has hired Boston’s Hale and Dorr L.L.P.
