By a 4-3 vote, the Disciplinary Review Board found that Tenafly, N.J., solo practitioner Charles Meaden deserves a three-year suspension for using a stolen credit card number to buy golf clubs and lying about his mental health history on gun permits.
The minority would have disbarred him.
