The parents of a child who claims other children molested him at a Carroll County, Ga., day care center have sued the center, saying it failed to properly supervise the children under its care.
The alleged victim, now 7, claims he was molested last summer during recess periods. According to his lawyers, Randall M. Kessler of Atlanta’s Kessler & Schwarz and Eric D. Miller of Miller & Markle, the boy is taking medication to help him cope psychologically with the assaults and has undergone extensive therapy.
