Federal investigators have interviewed three Illinois Supreme Court justices in Chicago, questioning the high court’s long-held practice of appointing lawyers to circuit court vacancies.
Justice Mary Ann G. McMorrow acknowledges she was among the three questioned by FBI agents in recent weeks, though she declined to comment on the substance of the probe.
