Fallout from the Allegheny Health and Research Foundation’s financial collapse continued this week as the Securities and Exchange Commission filed suit in U.S. District Court against two former top executives accusing them of securities fraud.
Named as defendants in the suit are David W. McConnell, AHERF’s former Chief Financial Officer, and Charles P. Morrison, the former CFO of AHERF’s Delaware Valley region.
