Two months ago the 30-year-old lawyer left the Miami office of McDermott Will & Emery, a national law firm with offices across the country, to join the much smaller firm Ferrell Schultz Carter & Fertel. Now, his new employer is going to change its name to Ferrell Schultz Carter Zumpano & Fertel.
