A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by a woman, who claims a New Castle County police officer had a duty to arrest her, but failed to do so.
Jacqueline Wyatt’s eventful night occurred in April 1996 when county police officer John Krzysiak stopped her for speeding on Delaware Route 896.
