New York’s Davis Polk & Wardwell is advising Comcast Corp. in its $6.9 billion acquisition of Lenfest Communications Inc. Lenfest has hired Philadelphia’s Saul, Ewing, Remick & Saul L.L.P. AT&T Corp., which owns 50% of Lenfest, has retained New York’s Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
