Atlanta attorney Michael Weinstock wants to return all the money he made by unknowingly investing in a $6.2 million day-trading/Ponzi scheme, Weinstock's attorney says. Federal regulators sued Weinstock to recover about $540,000 he allegedly earned by investing with a man accused of running the scheme. Coincidentally, Weinstock represents the families of three people injured or killed last July by day-trader Mark O. Barton. Weinstock's attorney says the two cases show "the dangers of day-trading."
