The Georgia Supreme Court has disbarred an Atlanta lawyer who refused to give his client nearly $50,000 from an insurance settlement involving her daughter’s death.
Dennis J. Redic was accused of violating four bar rules, including fraud, deceit and commingling a client’s funds with his own. In re Dennis J. Redic, No. S99Y1185 (Sup. Ct. Ga. Sept. 13, 1999).
