A young girl severely brain damaged when she was hit by a car while crossing Roosevelt Boulevard with her sister four Thanksgivings ago received $4.3 million in a partially confidential settlement agreement with four defendants, the plaintiff’s attorney said.

Stewart Cohen of Kessler Cohen & Roth said the agreement, approved by Philadelphia Orphans’ Court Judge Patrice Tucker, forbids him from divulging the name of one of the defendants, a design firm, or how much each defendant contributed to the settlement.
