A Philadelphia court overturned a decision to award summary judgment to the Betsy King LPGA Classic Inc. and the Betsy King Classic Charities Inc. The three-judge panel, with one judge concurring, based its ruling on the fact that of the $1.8 million revenue generated by the two tournaments, King LPGA and King Charities directly donated only $340 dollars to charity.
