New Orleans�The Louisiana Supreme Court has eased the restrictions on legal aid provided by law school clinics�a step that pleased neither side in a controversy over the rules.
The professor whose environmental law clinic’s work spurred the restrictions said the state still has “the most restrictive clinic rules in the country.”
