"Show us the money, isn't that the thing?" chuckles Bunton, a senior judge in Midland, Texas. Bunton is among 20 federal judges who are named plaintiffs in a class-action suit that challenged Congress' refusal to grant cost-of-living salary raises to the federal bench in 1995, 1996 and 1997.
