Ordinarily one wouldn't think a suit filed by a corporation against two shareholders constitutes a family feud. However, in a complaint recently filed in Delaware, a brother and sister are suing their other two brothers in order to enlarge the company's board and break a 2-2 deadlock among the siblings. Also named as a plaintiff is the family company, Cumberland Farms Inc. The suit is the latest in an on-going legal battle among the siblings who seem to have polar ideas about how to run the company.

However, in a complaint recently filed in the Court of Chancery, Lily Bentas and Byron Haseotes sued their brothers, Demetrios and George Haseotes. Also named as a plaintiff is the family company, Cumberland Farms Inc., which owns convenience stores in the Wilmington area and throughout the East Coast. The company is incorporated in Delaware and based in Canton, Mass.
