Cooley Godward is boosting its associate salaries to match the pay hikes announced at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati two weeks ago.

Cooley also announced on Friday that it is offering a new investment bonus plan for associates, paralegal specialists and patent agents “who remain at Cooley for the intermediate to long term,” which managing partner Lee Benton said is at least three years.
