Oregon Web designer Robertt Weber faces a suit accusing him of using the Playboy name, good will and trademarks in order to make money. Last week, U.S. District Judge Edward B. Davis issued a restraining order against Weber, forbidding him to use Playboy's name and trademarks. A preliminary injunction was issued Monday. Weber created a site called Playboyonline.com and used the Playboy name to sponsor a South Beach, Fla. talent search for "Playmates."
