NEW POSITIONS . . . Alan D. Lathrom and Jeff L. Moore have been named partners in Brown & Hofmeister in Richardson. Lathrom practices state and local government law, land use, zoning and litigation. Moore focuses on local government law as well as economic development, open meetings and open records. . . .
