ARENT FOX Two associates have been promoted in the Washington office of Arent Fox. Jon Bouker, 37, has been elevated to partner in the firm’s general business and government relations practices. He is co-manager of the government relations department. Bouker earned his J.D. at Georgetown University Law Center. Leo Loughlin, 36, has been elevated to counsel. He focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, and is a registered attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Loughlin earned his J.D. at Albany Law School.
LINOWES AND BLOCHER Richard Zeidman, 53, has been named managing partner of Bethesda, Md.-based Linowes and Blocher. Zeidman also heads the firm’s real estate transactions group. He succeeds Andrew Goldstein, who served as managing partner for the past nine years. Zeidman earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.
VENABLE Four attorneys in Venable’s Washington office and one in the Towson, Md., office have been elected to the firm’s partnership. Anne-Th�r�se B�champs, 42, is a partner in the firm’s Towson real estate group. She was previously of counsel. B�champs received her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. George Constantine, 41, is a partner in the trade and professional associations group. He was previously of counsel. Constantine earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. Brian Flack, 35, is a partner in the Washington office’s environmental group. He was previously an associate. Flack earned his J.D. from Pace Law School. Danielle Foley, 34, is a partner in the litigation practice in the D.C. office. She was previously an associate. Foley received her J.D. from Boston College Law School. Armand Zottola, 37, is a partner in the business transactions group in Washington. He was previously an associate. Zottola received his J.D. from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
WILEY REIN Six attorneys have been elevated to partner and four have been promoted to of counsel in the Washington office of Wiley Rein. One associate in the firm’s McLean, Va., office has been made of counsel. Kevin Anderson, 42, was previously an associate. He is now a partner in the firm’s intellectual property group. Anderson received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. Caleb Burns, 33, was previously an associate. He is now a partner in the firm’s litigation and election law and government ethics practices. Burns earned his J.D at New York University School of Law. John Kuzin, 40, was previously an associate. He is now of counsel in the firm’s communications, litigation, privacy, and business and finance practices. Kuzin received his J.D. from New York University School of Law. Kimberly Melvin, 32, was previously an associate. She is now a partner in the insurance and litigation practices. Melvin earned her J.D. at George Mason University School of Law. Christopher Mills, 39, was an associate in the firm’s McLean, Va., office. He is now of counsel in the aviation, business and finance, government contracts, intellectual property, and litigation practices. Mills earned his J.D. at the George Washington University School of Law. D. Mark Renaud, 35, was previously an associate. He is now a partner in the firm’s antitrust and election law and government ethics practices. Renaud received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Jessica Rosenthal, 33, was previously an associate. She is now of counsel in the firm’s business and finance and communications practices. Rosenthal earned her J.D. at George Washington University Law School. Kara Sacilotto, 43, was previously of counsel. She is now a partner in the firm’s government contracts and litigation practices. Sacilotto received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Robert Scheffel, 34, was previously an associate. He is now of counsel in the firm’s intellectual property and litigation groups. Scheffel earned his J.D. at the Franklin Pierce Law Center. Gary Seligman, 35, was previously an associate. He is now of counsel in the firm’s insurance, litigation, and appellate practices. He earned his J.D. at Washington and Lee University School of Law. Amy Worlton, 36, was previously an associate.
