Jones Day, which has more than 2,300 lawyers in 30 locations, has promoted 46 lawyers to the firm’s partnership. In New York, they are Dickson C. Chin in the energy practice, Todd R. Barker in banking and finance, Rosalind Connor in employee benefits and executive compensation, Tim Flood in government regulation and Vica Irani in capital markets. Also in Europe, the new partners are: Sabine Felix, who is in real estate in Frankfurt; Adriane U. Sturm, who is in private equity in Munich; and Richard P. Puttr�, a banking and finance lawyer in Madrid. Also elected to the partnership are: in Taipei, Jason Chen in intellectual property; in Tokyo, Hirokazu Ina in real estate; and in Hong Kong, Virginia M. Tam in capital markets. In Singapore, the new partners are Saptak Santra and John N. Viverito, both in oil and gas. Olso in oil and gas, Igor V. Makarov in Moscow made partner.
