Plaintiffs class action and complex litigation firm, Cohen Milstein Hausfeld & Toll is spreading its wings. The Washington, D.C.-based firm has opened two new offices since June, expanded its presence in Chicago and assigned several new arrivals to head its offices. The new sites include London and San Francisco. The London branch, opened in June, will focus on antitrust and competition issues in the United Kingdom and European Union. San Francisco, which opened offices in August, recently added Michael P. Lehmann to head the new outpost. The firm’s Chicago office expanded into new space and with the move has added Carol V. Gilden to head the office. She is currently president of the National Association of Shareholder and Consumer Attorneys. Robert G. Eisler will manage the New York City office, concentrating on antitrust practice. He comes from Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein. Rob Murray is managing partner in the London office. Prior to that he was Reporting Panel Member of the UK Competition Commission.
