ASSOCIATION OF CORPORATE COUNSEL Ellen Zavian, 44, has joined the Association of Corporate Counsel as associate general counsel and director of legal resources. She previously served as national coordinator for the NFL Players Association’s Johns Hopkins Native Vision project. Zavian received her J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law.
CROWELL & MORING Robert Rhoad, 40, has joined Crowell & Moring’s D.C. office as a partner in the firm’s health care and False Claims Act groups. He was previously chairman of the national health care litigation practice at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur. Rhoad earned his J.D. from Vermont Law School.
EPSTEIN BECKER & GREEN Eleven attorneys have joined Epstein Becker & Green’s Washington office in the health care and life sciences practice. Emily Bajcsi, 32, is a first-year associate. She earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School. Bryant Godfrey, 27, is a first-year associate. He received his J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law. Benjamin Martin is an associate. He was previously an associate at Arnold & Porter in the pharmaceutical and medical devices group. Martin, 34, received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Sarah Morabito, 34, is a first-year associate. She received her J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law. Robert Penezic is senior counsel. He joins from law firm Broad & Cassel’s Fort Lauderdale, Fla., office. Penezic, 42, earned his J.D. at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center. Tina Rao, 30, is a first-year associate. She earned her J.D. at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Joel Rush, 25, is a first-year associate. He earned his J.D. at the University of Maryland School of Law. Nisha Shah, 31, is a first-year associate. She received her J.D. from George Washington University Law School. Amy Siegel, 31, is a first-year associate. She received her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. Steven Skwara is an associate. He was previously the director of the fraud investigation unit and associate general counsel at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts Inc. Skwara, 44, earned his J.D. at the University of Michigan Law School. Kate Tarallo is an associate. She joins the firm from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, where she was an attorney in the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research. Tarallo, 28, earned her J.D. at Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law.

He received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law. Richard Coller III, 26, is a first-year associate in the mechanical practice. He received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. Stephanie Elmer is an associate in the biotechnology practice. She was previously a graduate research assistant in the department of chemistry at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Elmer, 38, earned her J.D. at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Anne Georgalas, 38, is a first-year associate in the electronics practice. She received her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law. Patrick Hansen, 31, is a first-year associate in the electronics practice. He earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. Ross Hicks is a first-year associate in the electronics group. He was vice president of engineering of Transcept/OpenCell Corp. prior to pursuing law. Hicks, 51, received his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Keisha Hylton-Rodic, 30, is an associate in the biotechnology practice. She received her J.D. from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. David Isaacson is of counsel in the electronics practice. He returns to Sterne, Kessler after serving as an associate in Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker’s Los Angeles office. Isaacson, 44, received his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. Gene Lang, 32, is a first-year associate in the biotechnology practice. He earned his J.D. at Franklin Pierce Law Center. Robert Molitors is a first-year associate in the electronics group. He was previously an information technology consultant and entrepreneur. Molitors, 52, received his J.D. from Capital University Law School. Bonnie Nannenga-Combs, 30, is a first-year associate in the biotechnology practice. She earned her J.D. at Seattle University Law School. Jonathan Strang, 41, is a first-year associate in the electronics group. He earned his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. Ishan Weerakoon is a first-year associate in the electronics group. He was formerly a senior staff engineer at Lockheed Martin.
