Robert Wooley started work as of counsel at Baton Rouge’s Adams and Reese in February . . . Moves from corporations to firms continued apace as well. Little more than a year after becoming general counsel for Diageo North America Inc., Walfrido “Wally” Martinez retraced his steps to Hunton & Williams to become the firm’s managing partner . . . The New York office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman added a new partner to its securities and corporate investigations practice: Jeffrey Zuckerman. He was previously deputy director for compliance at Morgan Stanley . . . Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker welcomed David Grimm as of counsel. He had been general counsel of C2 Media, Inc. . . .
