New partners Foley & Lardner: Pamela L. Johnston joins the firm’s white-collar defense, corporate compliance and securities litigation groups as partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She was previously deputy chief of the major frauds section in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California. Manatt, Phelps & Phillips (Los Angeles): Wendy Krasner joins the health care practice as partner in the firm’s Washington office. She previously served as deputy vice president for policy and research at the Washington-based trade association Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America.
