FLETCHER, HEALD & HILDRETH Francisco “Frank” Montero, 45, was elected partner at Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth. He practices communications law and serves as a member of the Federal Communication Commission’s Federal Advisory Committee on Diversity for Communications in the Digital Age. He received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School. GREENBERG TRAURIG Karl Reichelt, 38, former General Services Administration chief of staff, has joined Greenberg Traurig as a director of federal marketing in the firm’s government affairs practice. KELLER AND HECKMAN Manesh Rath, 35, has been elected partner at Keller and Heckman. His practice focuses on employment law and management-side Occupational Safety and Health Act work. He received his J.D. from William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law. KILPATRICK STOCKTON Kilpatrick Stockton has added an associate and two lobbyists. Saadeh Al-Jurf, 33, joined as an associate in the firm’s antitrust practice. Before joining the firm, he was an associate at Jones Day. He earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Armand DeKeyser, 54, has joined Kilpatrick Stockton as the government relations group executive director in the D.C. office. Before joining the firm, DeKeyser served for eight years as chief of staff to Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.). John Loving, 32, has joined the firm as senior government relations adviser. Most recently, Loving was director of government relations for the Sporting Goods Manufacturing Association. William Stauffer Jr., 55, partner, previously served as managing partner at Bracewell & Patterson in the Reston, Va. office. He received his J.D. from William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law. R. Grant Decker, 51, partner, was also a partner at Bracewell & Patterson. He, too, received his J.D. from William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law. Kurt�Rommel, 50, partner, also previously served as a partner at Bracewell & Patterson. He received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. Harvey Cohen, 74, partner, previously served as founder and managing partner at Cohen, Gettings & Caulkins. He received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. Aaron Goldsmith, 29, associate, previously served as a litigation associate at Bracewell & Patterson. He received his J.D. from William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law. MORGAN, LEWIS & BOCKIUS Peter Hurtgen, 63, former director of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, rejoins Morgan, Lewis & Bockius as a partner. He received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. PEPPER HAMILTON Pepper Hamilton has hired two new lawyers. Annette Ahlers, 45, a corporate tax lawyer, has joined the firm as a partner. Before joining the firm, she was a partner at Gardner Carton & Douglas. She received her J.D. from California Western School of Law and an LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Todd Reinstein, 36, a tax lawyer and CPA, has joined the firm as an associate. Before joining the firm, he was a senior associate in the corporate tax group at Gardner Carton & Douglas. He received his J.D. from the University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law and an LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. POWELL GOLDSTEIN James Remenick, 48, was hired as a partner in the intellectual property and biotech practice at Powell Goldstein. Before joining the firm, Remenick was a partner with Morrison & Foerster in McLean, Va. He earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.
