She is a member of the regulated and restructured industries group, concentrating on federal and state energy regulatory matters. Settanni graduated from Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. FOLEY & LARDNER Rouget “Ric” Henschel has rejoined Foley & Lardner as an associate in the intellectual property department. Henschel, 44, left to clerk for Judge Randall Rader on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. JENNER & BLOCK Matthew Oppenheim, 37, has joined Jenner & Block as a partner and is co-chair of the entertainment and new media practice. He was the senior vice president for business and legal affairs for the Recording Industry Association of America, and graduated from Cornell Law School. KATTEN MUCHIN Katten Muchin Zavis Rosenman has promoted two attorneys to partner. Jennifer Beer, 36, is in the real estate practice, where she focuses on commercial real estate. She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Nicole Lynn Kobrine, 33, is in the litigation practice, where she focuses on business and commercial real estate litigation. She earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School. POWELL, GOLDSTEIN Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy has promoted two attorneys to partner in its D.C. office. Charles Luband, 36, focuses on health care law and policy. He graduated from Harvard Law School. Donna Marie Rodney, 38, focuses on low-income housing and historic rehabilitation tax credit transactions. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law. RESUN LEASING James Sheets, 29, has joined Resun Leasing, a modular space leasing company in Dulles, Va., as vice president of legal affairs and corporate counsel. He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University School of Law. SEYFARTH SHAW Robert Bodansky, 52, has joined Seyfarth Shaw as a partner in the real estate and corporate practice groups. He was a partner at Nixon Peabody, and received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School. SHAW PITTMAN Shaw Pittman has announced the appointment of four new partners. Jennifer McClennan, 38, is a member of the global sourcing practice. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School. Allison Prince, 45, is a member of the real estate practice. She is a graduate of Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. Jeffrey Grill, 32, is a member of the corporate securities practice. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School. John Epting, 53 is a member of the real estate practice. He received his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law. SONNENSCHEIN Diane Canova, 53, has joined Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal as senior managing director of the public law and policy strategies group. Canova came from the American Heart Association, where she was vice president of advocacy. She received her J.D. from Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville. SUELTHAUS Cathy Futrowsky, a former patent attorney with Coudert Brothers, has opened the D.C. office of Suelthaus.
