Korean computer company Linux One Inc. has sued Foster City, Calif.-based Inktomi Corp. and Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Yahoo! Inc., which acquired Inktomi this month, for rescission, breach of warranty and fraud. Linux One alleges that Inktomi claimed it had developed IP Cache Server software that would work on Linux One operating systems.
