ESTATE OF AMPARO BERBERENA, Deceased (19-2156) — In this application by an alleged creditor seeking the issuance of letters of administration to the Public Administrator limited to accepting service in any eviction or foreclosure proceeding, jurisdiction is now complete and there was no appearance in opposition on the virtual hearing date. The Public Administrator has submitted an affirmation consenting to accepting full letters of administration Accordingly, the petition, as amended by the Public Administrator’s affirmation, is granted and letters of administration shall issue to the Public Administrator. Settle decree. November 18, 2021

ESTATE OF DELSIRENE LASSITER, Deceased (18-2858/C) — On the return date of this compulsory accounting proceeding held on the court’s virtual platform, there was no appearance in opposition by the respondent administrator nor has the court received any opposition to the application to date. Accordingly, the application is granted and a 60-day order may be entered hereon. The respondent is directed to file her account, a petition for its judicial settlement and all of the papers required to obtain the issuance of a citation in the accounting proceeding within 60 days of personal service upon her of a certified copy of the order to be entered hereon. The respondent shall then, without delay, cause the citation to be served upon all of the necessary parties in the accounting proceeding pursuant to SCPA 2210. The respondent shall appear before the court from time to time as required for the purpose of the settlement of her account. Settle order. November 19, 2021
