BROWN, res — (Proceeding No. 2) — (V-10951-2017, V-13146-2017) — Appeal by Vanessa Cruz from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated October 4, 2019. On the Court’s own motion, it is ORDERED that caption of the order on certification of this Court dated November 19, 2019, is amended as set forth above; and it is further, ORDERED that the footers of the order on certification of this Court dated November 19, 2019, the scheduling order of this Court dated December 10, 2019, and the order on certification of this Court dated February 7, 2020, are amended by deleting therefrom the title “Matter of Cruz v. Brown” and substituting therefor the title “Matter of Brown v. Cruz”; and it is further, ORDERED that the entries concerning the above-referenced appeal contained in the scheduling orders of this Court dated June 3, 2020, and July 15, 2020, are amended by deleting the title “Matter of Cruz v. Brown” and substituting therefor the title “Matter of Brown v. Cruz”. SCHEINKMAN, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, DILLON and BALKIN, JJ., concur.
