Surrogate AndersonESTATE OF PHILIP DAVIDSON, Deceased (78/2956/A) — The court sets the following amended schedule for completion of discovery in the above-captioned matter to replace the one set forth in the court’s Discovery Order dated June 12, 2018:1. All discovery shall be completed by June 30, 2019.2. The failure of any counsel or party to comply with the terms of this Order may result in sanctions.This constitutes the Order of the Court.February 11, 2019

ESTATE OF CHENIQUA SILVA, Deceased (16/1986/A) — The proposed compromise of the causes of action for decedent’s conscious pain and suffering and wrongful death is approved. The restrictions contained in the letters issued to the administrator are removed. He is authorized to collect the settlement proceeds and to execute the necessary receipts and releases.Attorney’s fees are fixed and determined. The net proceeds shall be paid to decedent’s distributees as set forth in the petition.The account is settled and the decree signed.Dated: February 11, 2019
