Dropbox Inc. general counsel Ramsey Homsany is leaving his post, the company confirmed Tuesday. He will be replaced by Bart Volkmer, head of litigation and regulatory, starting June 20.
“We’re all sad to see a beloved leader go, but we’re excited to promote Bart Volkmer as our new general counsel,” the statement said. “Bart is one of the most talented legal executives in the Valley and has been part of the Dropbox family for over four years. We welcome Bart to his new role and would like to thank Ramsey for his many contributions to Dropbox.”
