After polling securities regulators from all 50 states, the North American Securities Administrators Association has published its annual list of the top threats to investors. NASAA’s list may not surprise you. Indeed, the most remarkable thing about the list is how familiar it looks, according to Alan Wolper of Ulmer & Berne. “These are essentially the same issues that investors and regulators have been dealing with, well, forever,” he wrote in a blog post.
