Chicago's Seyfarth Shaw has announced plans to open a Shanghai office this summer. The firm has hired former DLA partner Wan Li as managing partner of the new office, Seyfarth Shaw's first in Asia and second outside the U.S. The firm said its move into China was driven by client demand in the areas of corporate and employment law.
