Wyckoff v. George C. Fuller Contracting Co.
The appellant was allegedly injured during a party after falling on the steps leading to a wine cellar. The appellant sued the homeowner and the contractor who built the house. The trial court granted the defendants' motions for summary judgment without stating the basis for doing so. The licensor does not have a duty to the licensee if the licensee has the same knowledge about the dangerous condition as the licensor. The trial court's judgment is affirmed. Dallas Court of Appeals, No. 05-10-00852-CV, 12-20-2011.
