Gomez v. Texas Education Agency

The appellant appeals the district court's judgment affirming the final order of the State Board for Educator Certification, which revoked his Texas Educator Certificate. The Board's interpretation of "unworthy to instruct" as encompassing indecent exposure — even without a criminal conviction — is reasonable. The district court's judgment is affirmed.
