Pennsylvania-based intellectual property boutique RatnerPrestia has opened a Washington, D.C., office, aiming to make stateside meetings more convenient for international clients. CEO and President Jonathan Spadt said the firm plans to add five or six full-time lawyers to the D.C. office by the end of this year and double that next year.
