Kirkland & Ellis is to relocate a white-collar crime partner from the firm’s Washington, D.C., office to Shanghai.
Samuel Williamson, a former U.S. federal prosecutor, will begin practicing at the Chicago-based firm’s Shanghai office in mid- to late August. He will be the office’s third partner.
