With U.K. firms riding their highest revenue growth since 2008, Beachcroft and Davies Arnold Cooper (DAC) announced a merger on Friday. The deal will create one of the country’s 20 largest firms by revenue.
Partners from both firms voted in favor of a merger to take effect Nov. 1, Legal Week reports. The combined firm, to be called DAC Beachcroft, will have 230 partners and more than $285 million in annual gross revenue. DAC Beachcroft will also have seven offices in the U.K., as well as outposts in Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore and Spain.
