Roosevelt Hairston Jr., the former general counsel of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia charged last month for embezzling $1.7 million from the hospital, has signed a guilty plea agreement.
Hairston is set to officially enter his guilty plea Wednesday morning at a hearing before U.S. District Court Judge Lawrence Stengel of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
