A group of 11 lawyers and six paralegals has left Georgia's Weinstock & Scavo to start Winter Capriola Zenner, led by partners Stephen Winter, Richard Capriola and Michael Zenner. Winter said all but one of the partners at the new firm had worked at Weinstock & Scavo for their entire career.

A group of 11 lawyers and six paralegals has broken off from Georgia’s Weinstock & Scavo to start Winter Capriola Zenner, led by partners Stephen A. Winter, Richard J. Capriola and Michael J. Zenner.
Winter and Capriola said they wanted to have their own firm. “We saw an opportunity. It was time for us to write the next chapter,” said Winter.
