A former partner in Dewey & LeBoeuf’s London office has withdrawn bias claims she lodged against the firm in a United Kingdom employment tribunal, according to a spokesman for the law firm.

Marija J. Danilunas, who co-chaired Dewey’s information technology and intellectual property transactional practice group until leaving last month, filed papers last week to voluntarily dismiss with prejudice an action she initiated in the Southern District of New York in December. The petition for discovery sought documents related to Dewey’s compensation practices to support a claim she filed in a London employment tribunal that the firm operated a “discriminatory compensation scheme.”
