Hundreds of Prudential Life Insurance Co. employees who accused the company of bribing their lawyers to keep their employment claims out of court have quietly settled their suit.
The settlement was mediated by Kenneth Feinberg, known for his role as special master for deciding the compensation paid to Sept. 11 attack victims.
