The effects of domestic violence and sometimes the violence itself can spill over into the workplace. Law firms are not immune.

Raven Buckley, a legal secretary at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker’s Atlanta office, was killed in April 2008 in the firm’s lunch courtyard by a man she had dated who’d been a temp for the firm. After shooting her, he killed himself.
