What's in a name? A Securities and Exchange Commission investigation, if you're not careful. Just ask BCI Telecom Holding Inc. of Montreal. On Wednesday, the SEC dismissed a proceeding against the former cable and telecommunications company because the commission's division of enforcement had confused it with an affiliate, Bell Canada International Inc. In case you were wondering, BCI's parent company, Montreal-based BCE Inc., still exists, as does a subsidiary called -- you guessed it -- Bell Canada.
