The co-chairman of Dechert‘s 130-lawyer white-collar and securities litigation group is leaving the firm for a lofty in-house position.
David M. Howard announced Wednesday plans to depart his Philadelphia office and move to Redmond, Wash., to take over as corporate vice president and deputy general counsel in charge of litigation at Microsoft Corp.
