New Internet law boutique Zwillinger Genetski is bulking up with three more attorneys, including Yahoo associate general counsel Elizabeth Banker, who will join as counsel in July. The new hires nearly double the size of the 3-month-old Washington, D.C.-based firm, bringing its headcount to seven. Bart Huff, a former Assistant U.S. Attorney in Chicago, also joins as counsel, while Leota Bates, a 2007 University of Virginia School of Law graduate who was at Perkins Coie, joins as an associate.
