Morgan Lewis is opening a Wilmington, Del., office, with former U.S. Attorney Colm Connolly as managing partner. Connolly is joined by intellectual property litigation partner David Marston Jr. and an associate, who will all be relocating from the firm's Philadelphia office. The Wilmington office will initially focus on litigation, white-collar defense and corporate investigations, according to Connolly.

Morgan Lewis & Bockius opened a Wilmington, Del., office Tuesday, with a former U.S. Attorney at its helm.
The possibility of opening an office in the First State was hinted at when the firm added former U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware Colm F. Connolly in January 2009. He has been working out of Morgan Lewis’ Philadelphia office since joining the firm, but will now serve as managing partner of the Delaware office.
