Longtime Manatt, Phelps & Phillips bankruptcy lawyer Alan Feld has decamped to Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, joining the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Feld, who co-chaired Manatt’s bankruptcy and financial restructuring group for the past nine years, came on board as a partner last week.
