A Texas attorney who spent time in jail after making a lewd gesture in court is on three years of probation but remains eligible to practice. Adam Reposa completed a 90-day sentence in April for contempt stemming from his gesture simulating masturbation before a judge while representing a client. Reposa has said the gesture was intended for a prosecutor.

An Austin, Texas, attorney who spent time in jail after making a lewd gesture in court is on three years of probation related to his law license.
The Austin American-Statesman reported Thursday that 35-year-old Adam Reposa remains eligible to practice during his probation ordered by the State Bar of Texas. The probation period began March 1.
