In one of the largest single acquisitions in its history, Philadelphia-based full service firm White & Williams has expanded its existing New York City and Boston offices and is opening a suburban New York office with the addition of 10 attorneys and a new practice group focusing on directors and officers liability insurance.
On Tuesday, John F. McCarrick, formerly a partner in the New York office of Boston-based full service firm Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge, joined White & Williams as a partner, bringing nine attorneys with him.
